The South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance (SCMA) released the following statement from its President and CEO, Sara Hazzard, regarding South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster’s 2022 State of the State address:
“South Carolina is home to over 5,000 manufacturers and 300,000 manufacturing workers. Governor McMaster’s priorities to expand workforce training opportunities, invest in infrastructure, and advance legal reforms directly impact our state’s manufacturing community. We look forward to working with Governor McMaster and our State’s leaders to support these policy initiatives that will advance our industry, economy, and South Carolinians’ quality of life for many years to come.”
