BE&K Building Group Returns Following Acquisition of KBR Building Group by Pernix Group, Inc.

KBR Building Group, a subsidiary of KBR, Inc. for the past seven years, has been acquired by global construction firm Pernix Group, Inc., of Lombard, Illinois. The acquisition completed financial close on June 30, 2015. Moving forward, the company will once again operate under its original name, BE&K Building Group. Known for its outstanding safety record, BE&K Building Group offers a wide variety of construction management services and project delivery methods nationally to clients in the advanced manufacturing, commercial/mixed-use, healthcare and institutional sectors. BE&K Building Group’s headquarters will remain in Greenville, South Carolina.
